Bookings for Semester 1 - 2027 are now open. Any student who book from 12th October until 15th Decembe, for a minimum of 3 months won't have to pay the new 2027 rates, they'll still get the 2026 rates.

Cancellation policy

 

Cancellations Before Check-In 
 
  1. If a booking is cancelled at any time before the reservation start date, the 2 weeks advance booking payment will be retained.
  2. Any additional payments made (including extra advance booking payment or the security deposit) will be refunded.
  3. If a booking is cancelled due to a student visa not being approved on time, the 2 weeks advance booking payment and all other payments made will be fully refunded, upon provision of evidence.

Cancellations After Check-In 

  1. If a cancellation is made at Campus Melbourne after check-in, four (4) weeks’ written notice must be provided, and rent must be paid for the full four-week notice period. A 50% refund of the security deposit will be granted, provided the room is left in good condition. The resident may remain in the room during the four-week notice period.
  2. If four weeks’ notice is not provided, all rent paid in advance and the full security deposit will be retained.
  3. If the actual length of stay is different from the tiered rate originally booked, the resident will be charged the rate difference.

Booking Amendments

  1. Any date changes are subject to availability. A minimum of two weeks' notice is required to amend the start date.
